The ring sizes on ALIS LUKS represent the circumference of your finger in mm. A size 45 fits a finger with circumference 45 mm.

To measure your finger's circumference, follow these steps:

1. Cut a thin strip of paper and wrap it around the base of your finger, as you would a ring.

2. Mark where the paper strip overlaps to form a complete circle.

3. Lay the strip flat.

4. Use a ruler to measure the length up to the mark you made.

5. This length represents the circumference, which is your size on my website.

For the most accurate fit, measure your finger at the end of the day when it’s at its largest. Finger size can vary throughout the day, especially with changes in temperature, so if you’re between sizes, it’s best to choose the larger option.

Remember, your left and right hands can differ in size, with one typically being slightly larger than the other. The size you measure will ensure a perfect fit for that specific finger, though it may not fit as comfortably on other fingers.

You could also measure the inside diameter of a ring that already fits you and calculate the circumference.
